The responsibilities and dispositions contained in this assessment are expected of all preservice teachers applying for admission to the Teacher Education Program at North Central College. Preservice teachers will find that careful observance of these responsibilities and dispositions will contribute to the success of their participation in coursework and field experiences throughout the Teacher Education Program. The Department of Education understands that there may be students who receive ratings of unsatisfactory in some areas and that there is room for growth. We appreciate an honest assessment of the preservice teacher’s current level of each disposition.
